Welcome to Belmont Lavan Ltd, a global leader in technology solutions We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with a strong background in assortment planning to join our innovative team.

As a Technical Product Manager - Assortment Planning, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced assortment planning strategies and solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, merchandisers, and engineers to drive innovation and optimize our assortment planning capabilities.

This role requires deep knowledge of assortment planning processes, retail industry trends, and a strong technical background in data analysis and machine learning. The ideal candidate has previous experience in assortment planning, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of assortment planning strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define the product roadmap
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to ensure accurate data collection and model training
  • Analyze and interpret assortment data to provide actionable insights to merchandisers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of assortment planning models and strategies on an ongoing basis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in assortment planning
  • Drive continuous improvement of our assortment planning capabilities through innovation and optimization
Requirements

Requirements:
  • 7+ yrs experienced technical product manager who can work with the business in understanding the process. Also should have implementation experiences in assortment planning and replenishment - preferably in retail / e-commerce space.
  • Deep knowledge of assortment planning processes and retail industry trends
  • Strong background in data analysis and machine learning
  • Previous experience in assortment planning, preferably in a retail or e-commerce setting
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
