The Spire network spans the Northeast and is continuing to grow.What you'll do:PURPOSE: Serves as initial point of contact through our call center to register all new patients and direct current patients - utilizing skills of tact, compassion, and confidentiality in a professional manner.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Manage calls from patients requiring medical care and provide / gather information neededTake electronic messages and convey information to respective medical care providersScreen and transfer calls to the appropriate person/departmentAssign pending documents into a patient's chart within the EMR systemProvide excellent customer serviceOther duties as assigned by managers and leadsQualificationsWho you are:EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED.EXPERIENCE: One-year medical office experience.
