The City Clerks office maintains all formal records of the City of Belvidere including, but not limited to, ordinances, resolutions, agreements, accounts payable and vital records. The City Clerks office is the face of the City serving as the receptionist for City Hall, processing Freedom of Information Act requests and serving as the ADA coordinator for the City.
