We are seeking an Operations Assistant who is eager to learn, grow, and make a significant impact on our team. As the Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centers and delivering outstanding guest service. This position will reports to the District Manager and Chief Operating Officer and will provide support in handling guest service issues, center manager inquiries, as well as various day-to-day tasks. Key Responsibilities:Guest Service Excellence: Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner. Strive to resolve issues promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.Training and Development: Undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of running a European Wax Center, from front desk operations to center manager responsibilities. This includes product knowledge, guest service protocols, and center management processes.Center Operations Support: Assist in day-to-day center operations as needed. This may involve stepping into various roles, such as front desk associate, center manager, and more to ensure the center runs smoothly.Team Collaboration: Work closely with center managers and associates to foster teamwork and ensure a positive work environment. Provide guidance and support to team members.Problem-Solving: Help address and resolve center-specific issues and challenges, escalating complex matters to upper management when necessary.Guest Feedback Analysis: Analyse guest feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance the guest experience.Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, inventory management, reporting, and updating associate app. Qualifications:Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Experience in managing and updating online forms and submissions.Familiarity with the Associate App or similar management tools is a plus. Reliable transportation is required, this position will have a primary working location at the Chesapeake location, however this role may involve working at any of our six area locations on a day-to-day basis.
