ALS PROJECT MANAGER BIJ INPACT VERZEKER JE DAT

Onze multidisciplinaire teams optimaal worden gefaciliteerd en gecoacht voor topprestaties, waarbij je een veelzijdige rol vervult bij het bevorderen van een cultuur van wendbaarheid, samenwerking en continue verbetering binnen het Platform domein.

Elk van de 2 tot 3 teams perfect wordt geleid bij het ontwikkelen van twee kernproducten, met jouw expertise in het begeleiden en inspireren van verschillende teams en belanghebbenden.

Dagelijkse stand-ups, sprintplanningen en retrospectives strak en effectief worden uitgevoerd, terwijl je een sleutelfiguur bent in de communicatie tussen projectteams en de bredere organisatie, inclusief business development, marketingteams en het leiderschapsteam.

Jij bent een van 4 Scrum Masters bij Inpact. Samen met hen vorm je een chapter waarin we gezamenlijk een aanpak vormgeven. Kennis van insurtech is mooi meegenomen maar zeker niet vereist. Jouw expertise in het begeleiden van teams is wat ons betreft de belangrijkste pijler voor succes.
