About the opportunity Veza is looking for an Employee Experience Manager and will report to The Head of People and Culture

You will: As an Employee Experience Manager you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and overseeing initiatives that will enhance the overall employee experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create a positive, engaging work environment that fosters employee satisfaction, retention and productivity. You will be responsible for: Strategy Development: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive employee experience strategy aligned with our MIGHT values Employee Engagement: Help design and execute programs to enhance employee engagement, including surveys, recognition programs and team building activities. Onboarding/Offboarding: Oversee the onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires and departing employees Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the organization, working to create an inclusive culture where all employees feel valued and respected. Employee Feedback: Act as a champion for employee feedback, collecting insights and data to drive continuous improvement in the employee experience Internal Communications: Oversee internal communication channels to ensure transparency, alignment and engagement across the organization You have: Education:

BS/BA degree or equivalent experience required

Experience:

3-5 years in Human Resources with a focus in employee engagement and employee experience Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment Strong understanding of employee engagement principles, best practices and industry trends Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a fast- paced startup environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills Hands on experiences with hybrid / virtual work environments Outgoing personality and whom loves communications Proven ability to influence cross functional teams Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans
