Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy aligned with the goals and objectives Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical background to understand and communicate effectively with engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality features and enhancements Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and user needs to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, legal & compliance, finance, banking operations and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the product development lifecycle User Experience: Advocate for a user-centric approach, collaborating with the design team to deliver an intuitive and engaging user experience Metrics and Analytics: use data-driven insights to evaluate the success of product initiatives, making informed decisions for future iterations Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the product complies with relevant financial regulations and industry standards Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in digital solutions to lead the development and enhancement of our industry-leading apps. You will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical aspects, and a proven track record of successfully delivering digital products.This role will be based at Ouro HQ in Austin, TX.

Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in digital solutions. • Proven track record of successfully delivering and iterating digital products. • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts. • Excellent communication and leadership skills. • Experience working in an agile development environment.

Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field
