Director - Product and Solutions Marketing

The impact you will have
We are looking for an experienced product marketing leader to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of Sonar’s Solution Marketing in key application areas such as DevOps, AppSec, and/or AI-assisted developer experience. You’ll have the charter to build and coach a high-performing solution marketing team and work across functions internally and with ecosystem partners to bring the best-in-class solutions to the market.
On a daily basis, you will
Recruit and coach team members.
Define and own the solutions in key application areas, with clear and compelling positioning, messaging, and differentiating value propositions.
Be the best storyteller for the space, develop and gatekeep solution content.
Partner with product management in shaping the roadmap of Sonar products.
Contribute to ecosystem partnerships and integrations and lead up co-marketing initiatives.
Represent Sonar and deliver talks at conferences, partner events, and webinars.
Work closely with executives and peers to formulate and execute GTM strategies.
The experience and skills you will demonstrate
10+ years of product marketing or solution marketing experience with enterprise software.
5+ years experience in building, growing, and leading a marketing team.
Deep understanding of the developers, DevOps, and AppSec space (GenAi a plus).
Proven record of launching 1P products and co-marketing 3P solutions.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
Preferably a software engineering background.
