Specialist position in the Chargeback Department. This position will make sure that all Chargebacks are processed correctly and on time according to Chargeback Department policies Essential Job Functions: Review and post claims Audit claim creation for accuracy Edit assignment numbers on the AR aging relating to deductions, credits or repayments Monthly report of repayments received Train new hires - Backup Point of contact for questions, issues, research requested by internal Collections department SAP testing Monthly assignment reconciliation Ensure damage credits are being handled by each A/R clerk Review and add remarks to Weekly Amazon Claim Status report Commissions (monthly): Calculate commissions, submit invoices for approval, create commission accrual claims Penalty accrual (monthly): Audit claims for blank category or claim reason coding and create true up claims for accrual Journal entry & Schedule for Spoils reserve Follow up with Operations/Customer Operations for approval of outstanding claims Impose claim escalation policy Escalate, suggest resolution, and manage ongoing customer issues needing resolution Innovate or suggest department process/procedure improvements or changes One on one meetings with A/R clerks to go over workload and progress Create and/or update Standard Operating Procedure’s documents Create and manage tasks on ClickUp Position Requirements: SAP experience preferred Intermediate Excel High school diploma is required Some college education (especially accounting) preferred Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in an efficient manner Positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communicator, not afraid to ask questions, follow up and problem solve Good verbal & written communication skills (Writing sample will be required) Must be a team player and willing to assist other team members and various departments Must be able to recognize and meet deadlines and volume goals (must be results oriented) Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Must be able to research, problem solve and identify solutions Ability to multitask and appropriately prioritize Pay Range: $25/hr Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
