Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with domestic and international cross-functional associates. Innovative thinker, with a drive for continuous improvement of self, team and processes. Experience in executing complex problem solving techniques related to technical issues. Good instincts and sound judgment for mechanical and structural design. Excellent analytical skills, ability to plan, organize, and implement multiple concurrent tasks. Experience with CAD software – CREO, SolidWorks, Inventor, etc. CREO is preferred. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Design for Six Sigma a plus. Familiar with fits & finishes and GD&T.
