Saint Joseph's Medical Center located in Yonkers, New York is seeking dynamic, experienced Clinical Nurse Manager, for our Emergency Room Department.

Role Description
This is a full-time Clinical Nurse Manager role on-site at Saint Joseph's Hospital located in Yonkers, NY. The Clinical Nurse Manager will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to oversee the delivery of high-quality patient care, guide and mentor staff, and manage resource allocation. The Clinical Nurse Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies' requirements and for driving quality and performance improvement initiatives within the unit.

Qualifications
Active New York State RN license
Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in Emergency Nursing with at least 2 years in a management/supervisory capacity
BSN Required - Master Preferred
Effective communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and direct reports
Demonstrated leadership skills to guide, mentor and develop staff
Strong clinical assessment and problem solving abilities
Ability to adapt and respond to changing situations and needs
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of regulatory and accrediting standards, policies, and regulations relevant to nursing and healthcare practices
Ability to promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the unit

P rovides and integrates clinical leadership and fiscal and resource management of a designated unit/area of patient care on a twenty-four hour basis, consistent with the philosophy and goals of the institution, Department of Nursing and clinical service. Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards is a critical element of the position.
