Job Summary Aaratech Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Analyst Banking & Finance to support financial systems and business initiatives. The role involves analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business and regulatory needs. Key Responsibilities Requirements Analysis Gather and document business and functional requirements for financial systems. Work with stakeholders to define scope and objectives. Process Analysis Analyze banking and financial workflows to identify improvements. Support system enhancements and implementations. Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with finance, compliance, and IT teams. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams. Documentation Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams. Support testing and UAT activities. Tools & Methodologies Work in Agile or Waterfall environments using Jira and documentation tools. Qualifications ? Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field ? 2+ years of Business Analyst experience ? Knowledge of banking or financial systems preferred ?
