Job Summary
Cashier/Receptionist at Bell & Bell GMC is a Full-time, hourly Administrative job in the Automotive industry. This role is located in Little River, South Carolina and focuses on individual contributions to the company. The Cashier/Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for all incoming customer and vendor inquiries, and provides a wide range of administrative support services to all other departments.

Responsibilities
•Greet customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
•Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance to company policy
•Balance reports and transactions at the end of the day
•Maintain the cashier area; ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
•Answer incoming calls in a timely fashion, routing them to the appropriate departments
•Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
•Problem solve and troubleshoot when needed

Requirements
•High school diploma or equivalent
•1 - 3 years customer service/administrative experience
•Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and other relevant software
•Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
•Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
