Position: Digital Marketing Specialist You will play a key role in shaping the digital strategy of a growing enterprise by ensuring the consistent and measurable impact of our digital presence across three portfolio companies: Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company, LLC, Total Energy Solutions, LLC, and Power Temp Systems, Inc. You will coordinate the development, production, and delivery of each company's website, social media channels, email platforms, and search campaigns with data-driven decision making, while ensuring alignment with marketing goals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and is proficient in analytics. Responsibilities Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, IT, and management teams to develop and execute digital deliverables aligned with goals. Lead digital projects, including goal setting, KPIs, concept development, deployment, and measurement. Monitor, analyze, and report on leads generated from marketing channels. Serve as liaison with agency partners to ensure strategic alignment in SEO, PPC, programmatic advertising, landing pages, website updates, and performance analysis. Leverage data from email, social media, Google Ads, and other channels for performance measurement and decision-making. Understand target audiences across each company and tailor strategies accordingly. Monitor campaign results to measure performance and adjust strategies as needed. Review all digital materials for branding consistency and quality control. Assist in maintaining standards for digital assets, including templates, storage, and naming conventions. Support planning and hosting virtual marketing events. Conduct project and market research. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or related fields such as advertising, digital media, or communications. Minimum of 5 years in a full-time digital marketing role. Proficiency with digital platforms like HubSpot/Salesforce, ConstantContact/MailChimp, etc. Proficient with WordPress CMS, including themes, plugins, and page builders. Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Yoast), and website performance testing tools. Understanding of social media strategies. Strong organizational, creative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and team focus. Preferred: agency or enterprise experience, basic HTML/CSS skills, experience with Asana and Power BI, and a proven portfolio. Work Environment The Digital Marketing Specialist will work in a dynamic corporate environment, collaborating regularly with marketing and sales teams across all portfolio companies.
