Work Experience: 15.0 Year(s) To 20.0 Year(s) Synopsis : This position is responsible for the sales, marketing & dispatch of steel in the West Africa market. Key Responsibilities: Position needs to be stationed in Mali, West Africa. Able to handle a team of 6 to 7 salespersons. Understand the market of Africa. Can lead the sales team from the front. Visiting buyers for orders and payments on a daily basis. Working in the local market and nearby countries. Develop new prospects and interact with customers to increase sales of the organization's products and/or services. Coordinate with the production department to follow up on order status. Handle customer queries. Keep records for pending and dispatched orders. Follow up on outstanding payments. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness among current and potential customers. Build relationships and partnerships with key marketplace partners and suppliers. Undertake competitor research and propose changes required to stay ahead in the competition. Support in the launch of new products worldwide. Drive internal and external communications. Handle sales executives and subordinate staff. Skills Required: Good communication skills in English and French . Good analytical skills. 10-12 years work experience in sales & marketing. Good level of commercial awareness. Good negotiation skills. The ability to understand the needs of the customer. Ability to cope with pressure in order to meet targets. Tact and diplomacy should be helpful.
