Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience

10+ years estimating, cost control and/or engineering experience

5 years of heavy civil construction estimating including supervision (heavy civil/foundation demolition and excavation, support of excavation, drilling, concrete site utilities, TXDOT and agency infrastructure improvements)

Bid/Manage 25-50 estimates per year with value ranges from $5M to $100M per estimate

Manage bid/proposal process, estimators, support administrator and management team

Responsible for CPM schedules, formal presentations and final negotiations

Ability to prepare complex proposals with principal oversight including P&L responsibilities

Safety commitment and OSHA training capabilities

HCSS (Heavy Bid/Heavy Job)

Primavera, MS Project and Viewpoint (PM module, SL module and PO module)
