Role Overview:

As a Mid Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge educational software. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust applications that enhance the learning experience for students, teachers, and administrators.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements and specifications.
  • Develop and maintain full-stack applications using technologies such as C#, .NET Core, Angular 2+, and databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces to ensure an exceptional user experience.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills:

  • Full-Stack Development: Proficiency in both front-end (Angular, React, or similar) and back-end (C#, .NET Core) development.
  • Database Expertise: Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in an agile development environment.
  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
