As a QA Automation Engineer, you will automate the repeatable test cases to validate the quality of ServiceNow applications developed in an Agile environment using Automated Test Framework (ATF) (and other automation tools). This role works closely with our Process Owners from different stream to ensure we are covering all the critical end to end scenarios in our regression tests. This ensures the quality is built into solutions and contribute to the final decision on whether a software release is ready to deploy to production.Key responsibilities include:3-5 Years of experience with the ServiceNow suite of applications as well as ServiceNow QA experienceKnowledge of software testing tools (both manual and automated) and processes, including developing repeatable test procedures, executing tests, recording results, and working with software engineers to identify and resolve defects3+ years of implementing ATF (Automated Test Framework) experience and setting up test scripts with ServiceNowAbility to analyze business requirements and support user acceptance testingAbility to work as a technical professional on an Agile development team to deliver high-quality working software on a timely basisStrong time management skillsAbility to obtain a security clearanceBA or BS degreeStrong communication skills (Ability to communicate technical information in business terms)Ability to work independently & multi-taskExperience with other test automation tools (i.e. Selenium, LoadRunner, etc.)Required Qualifications:3-5 years of QA experience including ServiceNow testing experience5+ years of automation experience including ATF and SeleniumStrong time management skills - ability to work independently & multi-taskBA or BS degreeStrong communication skills (Ability to communicate technical information in business terms)Preferred Qualifications:ITIL Foundation CertificationServiceNow ATF Micro-CertifiedServiceNow APM Micro-CertifiedServiceNow Certified System AdministratorServiceNow Certified Application DeveloperExperience with collaborative environments, including MicrosoftEducation: Bachelors DegreeAdditional client information:
