What You'll Do As the Financial Reporting Manager , you'll oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, SEC filings, and disclosures while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC guidelines. Responsibilities include: Managing the preparation, review, and submission of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q). Leading research and analysis of complex accounting and reporting matters, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Partnering with auditors, internal finance teams, and executive leadership to resolve accounting issues and provide clear reporting insights. Overseeing the implementation of new accounting standards and driving process improvements across reporting functions. Preparing board-level financial reports and executive presentations. Supervising and mentoring staff, providing training and professional development. Managing ad-hoc financial reporting projects, journal entries, and reporting packages. Identifying and executing strategies to streamline reporting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (required). CPA license strongly preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting/financial reporting experience (public company SEC reporting required).
