We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workday HRIT Analyst II to join our dedicated HRIS team at the MITRE Corporation. In this position, youll play a pivotal role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our core HR processes. Responsibilities include managing requests, assessing solutions, system configuration, reporting, and liaison with external vendors. Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for new creation of new organizations and locations, tasks related to reorganizations, and all tasks related to the ongoing maintenance of locations and the organizational structure within Workday.
Handle learning related tasks including creating and closing courses, managing campaigns, and course corrections for educational assistance.
Support EIBs for inbound and outbound data exchanges with external systems related to absence, benefits, compensation, learning, and payroll.
Monitor and review integration results related to critical Core HCM and Benefits processes.
Process basic security requests and audit existing security access for accuracy.
Create and maintain basic reports to audit various processes within Workday.
Perform regular system maintenance related to overall system health such as cleaning up old tasks, monitoring alert and notification expirations, and maintaining integrations schedules.
Reassign approval tasks as needed.
Manage password resets for Workday and maintain Box folder structure for related accounts.
Aid in the testing and documentation of business processes and system configurations.
Other responsibilities as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
Ability to review data and spot inconsistencies and work with requester to get the inconsistency resolved
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks of varying priorities
Good Customer Service Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Detailed knowledge of one or more HR business functions.
This position requires a minimum of 50% hybrid on-site presence.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday or other HR technology platforms.
Workday reporting experience
Ability to be flexible; prioritize workload, proactively react to issues, and consistently react to shifting deadlines.
Proficiency in full MS Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
