Description:
Our client has a need for a CNC Programmer with Vertical or Horizonal Lathe experience. This person will spend majority of their time writing in the booth but will also validate the code and troubleshoot on the machine for the first run. Our client is a well-established provider of semiconductor tools to well-known semiconductor companies locally as well as nationally. This person will oversee the CNC Lathe department and will be replacing the current Mill-Turn Programmer who is relocating out of state. High level of competency within Mastercam required, but Mill-Turn experience can be taught on the job while the current Programmer is still there. DMG Mori Machines - Tolerance down to .0001.
This position will require high level interpersonal skills not only managing up to 6 direct reports while meeting deadlines on their own projects. The ideal candidate will have had exposure programming Lathe's, but a highly competent individual with Milling and a quick learner for the Lathe aspect will be considered.
