This role involves collaborating with Taliun’s leadership and guiding incoming engineering team members to foster growth. The position has the potential to evolve into a strategic technology leadership role, working with some of our most important clients who improve patients' lives every day.

Eager to know what we’re expecting from you? Here’s the rundown -
Engineer, create, and launch advanced web platforms using Python and Django framework.Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.Work with designers, front-end developers, and engineers to translate technical requirements into functional applications.Enhance application performance and scalability for a seamless user experience.Create and implement database models and schemas.Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs and libraries into the application.Review code, address technical challenges, and mentor junior developers.Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Python and web development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. (or equivalent experience)Strong background in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.10-12 years of experience in software development with a focus on Python and Django. Also, flexible with anyone coming with 8 years of robust knowledge & hands-on experience.Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.Proven experience in coordinating and leading development teams (advantageous).Familiarity with software design principles and architecture.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts.
