Overview: As a Barista at Milk & Honey Cafe, you will be the friendly face behind our coffee and beverage offerings. Your role is pivotal in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests while crafting exceptional coffee, teas, and other beverages. If you have a passion for providing top-notch customer service and creating beautiful coffee art, we invite you to apply for this role. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, maintaining high-quality standards in taste and presentation. Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, with precision and care. Take customer orders with a friendly and attentive demeanor, ensuring accuracy and attention to special requests. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, as well as the overall cafe area. Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and answer any questions about our menu offerings. Qualifications: Previous Barista or customer service experience preferred. Enthusiasm for coffee and beverage preparation. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail. Stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours) Lift and carry up to 25 lbs frequently. Reach, bend, stoop, and wipe. Use hands and arms to carry trays, plates, and drinks. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
