Contract Finance Analyst Opportunity In Fort Lauderdale - W-2

A fast paced, private healthcare organization in Fort Lauderdale are seeking a Finance Analyst on a contract basis. The Finance Analyst will receive an hourly pay of up to $50.00 per hour and will have the ability to work on a hybrid basis (after the completion of onboarding).

The Finance Analyst will report into the Director of FP&A and will be responsible for:

  • Performing operational analysis and performance reviews including KPIs, performance trends, margin reports etc
  • Analysis and review of financial information including variance to budget and forecast
  • Supporting the preparation and presentation of dashboards and other visuals
  • Actively seeking ways to improve analysis and reporting models where possible
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis for department leads when required
  • Providing key financial metrics and reports to board and senior management
  • Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Ad hoc duties when required

Experience required to be considered:

  • Ideally applicants will be immediately available with the commitment to a contract of 9 - 12 months
  • Experience within health or care sector is highly desirable
  • Bachelors degree within finance/accounting or other related field
  • At least 3 years experience within a financial analytics field
  • Strong system user, ideally with PowerBI and strong Excel skills
  • Highly analytical and commercial skillset
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Ability to work on a hybrid basis in Fort Lauderdale

This position is a contract opportunity on a W-2 basis which will be offered for an initial period of 9-12 months. The hourly rate on offer is up to $50 per hour which will be paid bi-weekly.
