OVERVIEW:

The Sr. Product Manager at RxSight will be responsible for product and brand management, driving international expansion, and overseeing new programs to increase global LAL utilization, in addition to traditional product management duties. This role will partner with the VP of Marketing in developing and implementing brand strategies, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring successful market penetration and growth. The Sr. Product Manager will support global expansion efforts by identifying and establishing new market opportunities and programs, coordinating with international teams, and navigating OUS regulatory and messaging requirements. Additionally, this position will oversee the development and launch of new LAL expansion programs, ensuring they align with RxSight's strategic goals and meet customer needs. The Sr. Product Manager will also handle market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Professional Education, to ensure cohesive product messaging and successful project execution. The Sr. Product Manager will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards while continuously monitoring and analyzing product performance to drive improvements and innovations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Define the product vision and launch strategy for each RxSight product and accessory.

•Conduct and support market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape for each product.

•Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for the LAL, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

•Gather and analyze customer feedback and data to inform product improvements and enhancements, ensuring the LAL meets the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.

•Collaborate closely with R&D to provide feedback and iterations on product features.

•Oversee the branding and product lifecycle of each new product iteration, including marketing strategies for expanded product lines and features.

•Identify and establish new international market opportunities, navigate regulatory requirements, and adapt product strategies for global markets.

•Support the marketing and product introduction of our technology outside the US.

•Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with international regulations, messaging, and website requirements.

•Support R&D with new product introductions and field trials.

•Oversee the development and execution of new programs aimed at increasing LAL utilization and the number of LAL implanters.

•Support the development of 'Center of Excellence' programs.

•Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Professional Education, to ensure cohesive product messaging and successful project execution.

•Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements and innovations.

•Manage budgets and resources allocated to product development and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

•Excellent project management and analytical skills

•Demonstrable ability to liaise with individuals of all levels, including surgeons, optometrists, clinical staff and facility administrators.

•Good understanding of marketing and advertising principles

•Must have the ability to multi-task and adhere to strict deadlines

•Work in a fast-paced environment

•Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills

•Must be a motivated self-starter able to work independently

•Must have a sense of urgency combined with a problem-solving approach to completion of tasks

•Preferably CRM experience

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•None

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

•BA/BS with three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•5+ years of experience working in a marketing or product manager role

•Good understanding of marketing and advertising principles

•Training to be completed per the training plan for this position as maintained in the document control system

•The training requirements on TRN-10007 Insider Trading Policy, TRN-10008 Global Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy and TRN-10009 Code of Business Conducts and Ethics must be diligently completed within 30 days from the hiring date and on an annual basis

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

•Formal training in vision sciences, such as at a recognized optometry program or industry training.

•OD/COT/COA/COMT/CCOA/ROUB highly desirable.
