SAC ratios 1:4)No locals within 75 mile radius MUST WORK 2 OUT OF 3 OF THE HOLIDAY BUNDLES (Thanksgiving & the day after, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day, NYE & NYD) 48s preferred *COVID vaccination required - religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of COVID exemption form, signed by a provider for medical Position / Specialty: ICU RNRatios: 1:2 (ICU typically has a mix of ICU, Sub-acute and floor status patients. (Y/N) Not guaranteed Locals accepted: No locals within 75 mile radius Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No Special Requirements: Chest tube insertion, Intubations, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, CRRT, Arterial Lines, Central Lines, Vas Cath, FloTrac/Vigileo monitoring, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, IV insulin protocols, GI surgery, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Procedural Sedation Administration, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, Assist with management of BiPAP/CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac Unit Info/Patient Diagnoses/Special Equipment: ICU typically has a mix of ICU, Sub-acute and floor status patients.
