Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and develop team members Ensure 24/7 operational capability of mission critical IT functions
  • Engage and collaborate with business leaders to identify key IT needs
  • Ensure high-quality end-user support for both local and remote employees
  • Develop and manage IT Operations budget
  • Drive continuous improvement of IT processes
  • Define and manage appropriate IT related policies
  • Datacenter design and installation
  • Create and sustain high level relationships with vendors, providers, and contractors

Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of modern computing technology, systems and network architecture, information security, and cloud-based services
  • Experience developing and managing a budget, and negotiating with vendors
  • Ability to build strong rapport and relationships with customers and gain in-depth understanding of customers problems and needs
  • Experience in the IT field with demonstrated technical and professional development
  • Experience leading IT teams and providing technology leadership
  • Large enterprise wide datacenter operations experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly to a high level of proficiency


Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
