Inspired by the islands rich history and sense of adventure, a new Islamorada resort is coming ashore in 2024. An all-new Florida Keys experience awaits at Three Waters Resort & Marina, the bellwether of the Islamorada Resort Collection. This all-new resort features a world-class marina teeming with a fleet of experienced captains in the Sportfishing Capital of the World, 72 marina slips, 14 acres of beach and pool, nine new unique culinary destinations buzzing with energy, retail, and 214 island-chic luxurious waterfront rooms. Are you an experienced leader with a passion for procurement and supply chain management? Join our dynamic team as a Purchasing and Receiving Manager. With your high energy, enthusiasm, and strategic mindset, you'll oversee the entire purchasing and receiving process, ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services. As a key member of our team, you'll optimize inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers, and implement cost-saving measures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
  • Oversee the purchasing and receiving process, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Negotiate contracts and establish favorable terms with suppliers
  • Optimize inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
  • Analyze market trends and evaluate supplier performance
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives and track budgetary goals
  • Lead a team of purchasing and receiving staff, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with various departments to assess needs and ensure timely availability of supplies

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, related field or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in purchasing and receiving, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier negotiation
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using procurement software and inventory control systems
