Overview Join to apply for the Loan Processor role at GreenStone Farm Credit Services. This role supports the Country Living (consumer) loan processing and documentation operations, fosters customer relationships, and collaborates with association staff. Location: East Lansing, MI. Working hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 am 4:30 pm. Responsibilities Collect, coordinate, and upload documentation; facilitate loan closings to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Clear any approval conditions as outlined by legal or credit. Perform tasks across data entry, loan servicing, property management coordination, and supply ordering. Order title commitments, flood insurance, and appraisals; generate loan documents; read legal descriptions. Work closely with the loan officer and borrower to clear exceptions prior to closing. Provide excellent internal and external customer service in daily interactions. Interact with customers daily, answer incoming calls, receip t payments, and disburse funds.
