About the Role

We are looking for a resourceful data analyst to own some of our highest-impact problems in our customer experience space. The team is responsible for providing an accessible, effective, and efficient customer experience. In this highly cross-functional role, you will work autonomously to leverage data analysis in order to make recommendations that make Dandy a more compelling service for our customers.

What You'll Do

Develop and share insights that drive the customer experience team and partner functions, such as operations and product, to better serve and retain our customersDefine the data language (i.e., KPIs, dashboards, measurement, etc.) to ensure your team grasps the underlying truth that drives progress and successFacilitate rapid decision-making through ad hoc work or by democratizing data/self-service (effective BI or user-friendly explores in Looker in partnership with our analytics engineers)Utilize your data superpowers to reduce ambiguity and solve problemsWhat We're Looking For

5+ years of experience working in product, marketing, or customer experience analytics or data science, ideally in a B2B settingBA/BS in behavioral science (economics, psychology, etc) with statistics skills or a BA/BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, or natural sciences with customer empathy (or equivalent experience)Strong SQL skills and some experience in a scripting language such as Python or RStrong communication skills and experience communicating results in a way that drives change. You have the ability to use data to inform, align, and leadStrong sense of autonomy and ownershipStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and statistical skillsBonus Points For

Interest in working and learning in an earlier-stage company where we're still working out some of the basicsStrong customer empathy, particularly for dentistsExperience in Looker, Hex, and DBT
