Our success is measured by teamwork, growth, profitability and delivering legendary service to every guest, every time."QualificationsPOSITION DESCRIPTION:The purpose of the housekeeping and laundry staff is to maintain the guest rooms and public areas of the facility in accordance to hotel standards while reflecting the high expectations of our guests and patrons.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Ensure all guest rooms are cleaned to Riverwind Hotel LLC's standardEnsure that public areas are clean and well-maintainedStock linens and supplies as needed in storage closets on every floorStock and properly store laundry carts after each shiftNotify management of any broken or missing FF&E itemsNotify maintenance of any maintenance issuesClean, organize, and maintain laundry and break room areasRespond to any and all housekeeping requests by guests or through the work order programInteract with and respond to guests' questions or concernsWeekends are required since these are the busiest times.
