Description

The Estimator will be responsible for:

  • This person will report into the Senior Estimator
  • Produce estimates for multimillion $ mechanical projects
  • Using procore efficiently
  • In office daily - Norwell, MA

Profile

The successful candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Mechanical Estimator (ideally federal or healthcare projects)
  • Proficient in Procore
  • Bluebeam, MS Project, & Fast Pipe experience is a plus
  • A Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
  • Demonstrates good judgement and professionalism
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Attention to detail, can produce quality work on strict deadlines
  • Strong technical, computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
