About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with a healthcare provider looking for experienced billing professionals to support their billing and follow-up operations. The company has a fast-paced environment with room for growth, offering a flexible hybrid work schedule after initial training.

Job Description:

Our client is hiring for three Revenue Cycle Specialists. Two positions are focused on Commercial Insurance Billing (hospital experience preferred), while one is focused on Medicaid Billing. This role involves reviewing account queues, resolving billing rejections, and following up with payers on outstanding claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process accounts in a billing queue, making corrections as needed to meet payer guidelines.
  • Conduct follow-ups on claims using phone or online tools.
  • Resolve issues related to late charges and handle credit balances.
  • Utilize aging reports to prioritize claims that need action.
  • Assist with overall billing procedures to ensure timely and accurate claims submission.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Commercial Insurance billing or Medicaid billing experience.
  • Proficiency in Epic Resolute or other billing software.
  • Knowledge of hospital billing, especially with UB 04 or ANSI ASC 837 I formats.
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Details:
  • Hybrid schedule available after training, with 2-3 days on-site.
  • Contract-to-Hire (CTH) after 720 hours of work.
  • Full-time with potential for flexible working hours post-training.
  • Must be able to complete a background check, drug screening, and provide up-to-date immunization records (COVID-19 vaccination required).
