As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring exceptional service and smooth order processing. This role combines customer support, data entry, and operational coordination, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Respond to inquiries and provide support to high-profile clients primarily via email and occasionally by phone. Order Management: Enter new orders, update existing orders, and ensure accuracy throughout the fulfillment process. Shipping Coordination: Prepare and ship orders using FedEx, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with the warehouse team. Inventory Allocation: Monitor and allocate inventory, maintaining accurate records and updating spreadsheets regularly. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve order or shipment issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction. Requirements: Professional experience communicating via email and phone in a business setting. Strong customer service skills with a client-focused mindset. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic inventory management is a plus.
