Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and clearing meal services, ensuring the buffet is fully stocked at all times, and communicating customers' food orders. Additionally, the Breakfast Attendant should be able to promptly address customers' queries and complaints.
To excel in this role, you should coordinate with staff from other sections to ensure all customers' needs are met. Ultimately, a top-notch Breakfast Attendant will be able to recommend food choices that suit customers' dietary requirements and personal preferences.
Breakfast Attendant Responsibilities:
- Assemble the breakfast buffet before mealtime and disassemble it afterward.
- Ensure the breakfast buffet is well-stocked at all times.
- Receive beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen as needed.
- Provide customers with condiments upon request.
- Clear cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
- Resolve customers' queries and complaints.
- Ensure customers vacate the restaurant by the end of meal service.
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop the floors after each meal service.
- Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service.
- Work weekends, special events, and holidays.
- Report at 5 AM on weekdays and 5:30 AM on weekends.
Compensation and Benefits:
- High pay plus tips
- $500 sign-on bonus

Qualifications
Breakfast Attendant Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
