Work closely and proactively with team members to establish and maintain inventory levels that support customer forecasts. Coordinate directly with product managers, customer service and operations management in order to evaluate and process expedite requests. Execute and improve inventory investment processes related to: o Strategic inventory stocking levels o Excess and Obsolete o Safety Stock Ensure that relevant inventory and service level metrics are measured, monitored, and communicated back through the customer-facing & operational organizations Work directly with suppliers to expedite purchase orders and coordinate delivery schedules Safety Duties & Responsibilities: Adhere to, promote, and accept responsibility for compliance to Federal and Local Occupational Safety and Health Regulations, Industry Consensus Standards, and KGP Injury and Illness Prevention Program Manual. Participate in job site safety/hazard analysis. Qualifications QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
