Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values and support the strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan.EDUCATION/TRAINING EXPERIENCEMaster's degree or Doctorate or the equivalentFour to ten years related experience and/or trainingThree years post master's clinical experienceThree years experience/training in child/adolescent psychiatric settingLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONSClinical license (i.e. LPC, LPCi, LMSW, LCSW, Psychologist, etc)SAMACPR preferredTHE ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITIONProvide competent clinical services to individuals, families, as assigned, in the areas of individual psychotherapy, family psychotherapy and parent training; group psychotherapy, psycho-educational instruction; psychosocial assessment; and discharge planningDemonstrate competency in Collaborative Problem Solving core areas within established time frames (inpatient only):Concepts and attitudes, Triggers and Pathways and Plans A, B & CProvides expected level of direct care services (60% of 40 hrs each week)Displays appointments for current cases and availability for new patients in EMRUses CASII dimensions of care in documenting assessment, progress notes and treatment planningCommunicate effectively with, and is responsive to, patients, families, other departments, and internal/external provider resourcesProvide clinical documentation of service that meets Center standards for timeliness and quality (Ongoing Professional Practice Evaluation)Practice within the ethical standards of the Center and state licensing boardSchedules and completes weekly status of clinical/administrative supervision sessionsDemonstrates clinical skill in formulating Treatment Planning Follows guidelines regarding protection of PHI at work space and in communication
