Responsibilities Cash Management: Oversee daily bank reconciliations related to our product, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of cash flows. Forecasting and Analysis: Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts, providing insights into liquidity and financial stability. Loan Operations: Manage loan amortization schedules, track payments, and ensure compliance with loan covenants and contractual agreements. Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations, including P&L statements and updates on capital and loan performance. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather data and insights, supporting informed financial decision-making. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Approximately 4 years of experience in finance, focusing on treasury, capital markets, or financial analysis. Experience in fintech or structured finance is advantageous. Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with strong Excel skills. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
