Company: Camillo Companies Job Title: Senior Analyst – FP&A Department: Legend Homes Finance Reports to: Vice President, FP&A Status: Full Time / Exempt, Salary Camillo Companies is actively seeking an experienced Senior Analyst, FP&A for the Legend Homes business unit. This role will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process as well as producing monthly and quarterly financial reporting package to support sound business decisions. Conducts quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects at Camillo Companies. This role will report directly to Vice President, FP&A and supervise the FP&A Analyst. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of data analytics tasks, including model building, and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This person must have oral and written communication skills, analytical thinking skills, statistical knowledge, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to meet deadlines.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, or annual reporting package with variance analysis to track the organization's progress against financial goals and to understand root causes of variances to provide recommendations to enhance performance

Facilitate annual budgeting and forecasting processes

Implement and Oversee Workday/Adaptive Insights for Legend Homes business unit to facilitate FP&A processes

Creates financial models to guide decision making

Analyzes cash flow, expenditures, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls
