GroundsKeeper/HouseKeeper

As a GroundsKeeper/HouseKeeper you are responsible for the professional, courteous, timely, and satisfactory completion of all assigned duties given by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. In total, the Groundskeeper/Housekeeper is responsible for completing the tasks that enable the community to be maintained in a first-class condition. This position reports to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous Groundskeeper/Housekeeper experience a plus
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to interact with others in a team environment
• Drug test and background check required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required

Requirements

Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Daily grounds pick up, to include all amenities and all breezeways - all floors
• Daily cleaning of office and amenities
• Turnkey Cleaning and Touch Up Cleaning of Apartments
• Assist Maintenance Team with other tasks
• Learning and assisting with pool maintenance
• Dog Park and Dog Park Station maintenance
• Model Touch Up Cleaning
• Various Maintenance Tasks

Complete the above duties and all others deemed necessary by the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor

This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
