Job Description:

The ideal candidate will direct or perform agency accounting functions and oversight according to established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, monitoring cash flow, financial analysis, and forecasting. You will also be responsible for developing and monitoring the organization's budget(s) and providing technical assistance to staff on budget monitoring and problem resolution. Other duties include preparing accurate and timely financial reports, creating the annual Indirect Cost Proposal, and participating in annual financial audits. Additionally, you will process and maintain bi-weekly employee payroll and insurance records (health, life, disability, 401k).
