**Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator PAY $20-30/hr**

**Job Description**

Join our team as a Sheet Metal Fabricator and utilize your skills in metal cutting, bending, and assembly to build and install HVAC systems in new residential construction projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include building ductwork, bending and cutting sheet metal by hand, operating power machines for fabrication, loading and unloading trucks, and using a variety of hand and power tools to measure, cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal pieces. You will also be responsible for maintaining personal and company tools and equipment, applying mastic on ductwork, and other related tasks as required.

**Hard Skills**

+ Experience in fabrication shop or metal cutting/bending

+ Proficiency with hand tools and snips

+ Ability to use a tape measure

+ Experience in ductwork building

+ Sheet metal work

+ Familiarity with new construction

**Soft Skills**

+ Reliability

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

+ Willingness to learn construction skills

+ Ability to retain knowledge

+ Comfortable working in a crew of 4-6 people

**Work Site**

This is a fully on-site position in Sewickley, Pennsylvania.

**Work Environment**

This role requires working in a noisy shop environment every day in Sewickley. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with optional Saturdays. Punctuality is critical, with a mandatory roll call at 6:15 am. Appropriate work attire includes personal work boots while other PPE is provided.
