As a member of the Asset Protection team you will be accountable for all aspects of loss prevention as they relate to store and corporate objectives. You will have the ability to work productively with Customer and Associate groups within the store to ensure all objectives are clearly communicated and executed. You have a proven track record of searching out operational deficiencies as they relate to Asset Protection and the ability to apply effective solutions. Our Asset Protection training program will provide you with the knowledge and tools to do the job while you grow in responsibility. Each Asset Protection Officer is charged with maintaining a high degree of professionalism in the execution of their duties within the store. Who You Are: A natural problem-solver, who is also responsible and dutiful You understand the value of being proactive and solution-oriented You have a can-do attitude You have a flexible schedule, which can allow you to work evenings and weekends if need be You Also Have: Detail oriented and systems proficiency High School diploma or equivalency required, along with a valid provincial security license (where required) Knowledge of retail procedures and criminal/ civil proceedings Physical Requirements: Position requires prolonged periods of standing on your feet. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include market, skills, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
