As a Marketing Coordinator with New Leaf Builders, you will manage and act as the main liaison for all marketing activities associated with social media, event planning, marketing campaigns and measuring company marketing analytics.
The successful candidate should be committed to excellent customer service in a demanding environment that uses established industry-wide procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns for our Charleston and Wilmington divisions. They will be responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plan to contribute to the successful achievement of the companys business plan goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, outsourced graphic design and marketing firms, and construction to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute an annual marketing plan in collaboration with division leadership
Execute quarterly/monthly strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic to support the sales effort for existing communities and new community openings.
Analyze information to create targeted marketing and social media campaigns.
Work in conjunction with sales team to support all new community marketing activities including signage, messaging, interest list development, marketing collateral, sales center installation, and special events; responsibilities include planning, oversight, and regular site visits.
Collaborate closely with the drafting coordinator to prepare home renderings.
Direct the design of flyers, direct mail pieces, and other marketing collateral in coordination with Click Communications.
Attend weekly sales meetings and conduct community visits to build rapport with sales agents, and monitor market trends and competitive activity.
Assist/Lead in creating marketing collateral.
Submits website updates, changes, and additions to Click Communications.
Meet bi-weekly with Click Communications to plan and review upcoming marketing initiatives.
Develop and execute annual marketing with the Leadership team.
Work with sales leadership as well as community teams to develop targeted marketing tactics to maximize traffic and conversion for individual communities based upon sales performance and track.
Track and analyze results of marketing initiatives to ensure effective ROI; Leverage reporting tools and data to inform future marketing strategies.
Oversee and coordinate all company promotions, and events including planning, ordering food, event execution, and coordinating publicity.
Order gifts, products & company promotional items for employees & homeowners, including closing gifts, clothing, and swag.
Coordinate photography sessions and schedule interior and exterior photos of New Leaf homes before closing.
Edit photos & coordinate postings for social media, website gallery, blog posts, media promotions, and sales look books.
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company.
Coordinate the preparation and submission of award submittals, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required materials.
Quarterly visits to our Wilmington office or as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Experience with Adode/Canva design software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Marketing automation platforms, CRM Software and various graphic design tools.
Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
A strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, and SEO.
Passion for invocation and creativity, with a willingness to think outside the box.
Education, Experience and Whats Next:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.
At least three years of experience in marketing, social media campaigns, and supporting sales teams.
A minimum of 3-5 years marketing experience, preferably focusing on Real Estate and the New Homes Segment.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends and new technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
