Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Beth Israel Deaconess Milton as a Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse. In this role, you will provide high-level care to critically ill patients, including those on mechanical ventilation and post-operative individuals.
This position is a full-time night shift role, requiring weekend and holiday rotation. A sign-on bonus of $7,500 is being offered, with payments structured over the course of a year to eligible candidates.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to critically ill patients
Assess patient needs and develop care plans
Coordinate patient care and collaborate with healthcare team
Participate in professional development and quality improvement activities
Adhere to safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school
Current Massachusetts RN licensure
1 year of acute care nursing experience, ICU experience preferred
American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications
