- Supervise a Psych NP and a resident psychiatrist: A stepping stone for higher pay and more leadership opportunities
- Psych NP carries their own panel
- Collaborate seamlessly with a primary care and the behavioral health team, ensuring holistic patient care and strong interdisciplinary teamwork.
