We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top engineering talent, particularly for difficult-to-fill positions in the development of advanced medical robotics technologies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen understanding of where and how to find the best talent in the field of medical devices.

A Day In The Life Of Our Technical Sourcer:

Identify and Engage Talent:

Utilize databases (USPTO, Google Patents, Espacenet) to identify engineers who have worked on patents related to medical devices.

Leverage professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, ResearchGate) to find and connect with engineers and researchers in the field.

Explore company websites, press releases, and industry publications to uncover potential candidates.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with hiring managers and the broader recruiting team to understand specific talent needs and refine search strategies.

Create shared projects and schedule time blocks with hiring managers to conduct focused searches.

Database Management:

Maintain a detailed and organized spreadsheet of sourced candidates, including contact information, patent details, and notes on potential fit.

Regularly update the database with new information from ongoing research and networking activities.

Direct Outreach:

Use a combination of LinkedIn messaging, email, and phone calls to contact identified candidates.

Develop personalized outreach messages that highlight the opportunities and benefits of working with Noah Medical

About You:

Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify key talent through various online resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and attracting high-caliber candidates.

Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Patents, Lens.org, and other relevant databases.

Knowledge: Understanding of the medical device industry and familiarity with the patent process

Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably within the medical technology or related industries.

Experience using patent databases and professional networking platforms to identify and engage candidates.
