Red Bull Account Development Manager . This person works directly with Red Bull Brand Manager to maximize Red Bull sales, distribution, visibility, and executional standards. Our company offers excellent benefits, competitive wages and the potential for growth opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Increases Red Bull volume, share of market (distribution), and account level execution across the State of Tennessee. This includes in-person visits to any account in the Tennessee on-premise universe, targeting new business by building relationships in most wanted account list (assigned by Brand Manager) and by managing a core list of high volume and VIP accounts (C+ accounts).

· Works with on-premise account decision-makers and Empire Distributors of TN sales representative to place coolers, chalkboards and posters, and menus for maximum Red Bull visibility.

· Analyzes reports daily to gain a micro perspective on Red Bull distribution in Tennessee.

· Sends buying reports to Brand Manager and Sales team daily.

· Assists Brand Manager by completing required reporting projects.

· Assists Brand Manager by conducting work with’s to elevate Red Bull share of mind with all sales force.

· Attends On-Premise sales meetings and works with Brand Manager to educate, inform, and review all relevant tools and materials to help sales force succeed towards goals.

· Develops, maintains, and expands business relations with Company and Red Bull customers to ensure long term company and brand growth in all accounts within Tennessee.

· Works directly with RBNA Musketeer to ensure full 360 collaboration between Nashville On-Premise landscapes.

· Communicates Red Bull POS requests to Brand Manager and coordinate with Brand Manager to ensure proper placement of all POS in accounts.

· Audits VIP accounts and implements appropriate guidelines within VIP account universe.

· Executes national account mandates and approvals within National Account universe; ensuring 98% distribution in NA mandated accounts and 60% in approved.

· Facilitates new product launch by following appropriate guidelines, incentives, trainings, and market activations laid out by Brand Manager.

· Collaborates with Brand Manager to activate relevant Consumption Activations in the marketplace on a monthly basis. Submit pictures and other applicable material to Brand Manager at end of each month.

· Ensures that all Red Bull marketing initiatives are executed correctly and are in line with the national strategy set forth by Red Bull North America.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A., B. S.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training within a Red Bull wholesaler or with Red Bull North America directly; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

TN ABC Wholesaler's Employee Permit

Valid Driver License

Computer Skills

Basic computer knowledge
