Job Description

A Cleaner is responsible for all aspects of apartment cleaning as units become vacant and maintaining and caring for the community buildings and exterior.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the cleaning of all fixtures, appliances, cabinets, windows, shelves, bathrooms, floors, tub, sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.
  • Responsible for steam cleaning of carpets, wash/mop vinyl and tile floors
  • Inform the maintenance supervisor of any mechanical issues discovered during the cleaning of an apartment home
  • General maintenance duties as needed
  • Grounds keeping and care for exterior of the buildings
  • Snow removal as needed
  • Preforms all other tasks assigned by the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
Required Skills & Functions
  • Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds and navigate stairs and ladders easily
  • Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to the community team
  • Strong organization, written & verbal communication, and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • 1+ year in a similar field preferred
  • Have a positive attitude
