Customer Service Rep As the Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our client's providers, delivering exceptional support and addressing inquiries. We are seeking Customer Service Reps to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our providers, delivering exceptional support and addressing inquiries related to behavioral and physical health services. This role is remote and full-time. What You'll Do Respond to provider questions, emails, and calls in a timely and professional manner Assist with navigating and resolving a variety of issues, including claims and continuity of care Work towards meeting and exceeding call center metrics Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and courtesy Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and comments Collaborate with Provider Relations and Contracts teams to ensure seamless service Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in healthcare or customer service preferred Experience in customer service, ideally in a healthcare setting Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism Proficiency with computers and typical office software Knowledge of healthcare systems and terminology is a plus Flexibility to work holidays and extended hours as required by the Department. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
